Desk Reset is offered by Milo Media. Questions or download problems? Contact milo.ai.media@gmail.com.

What you’re buying

The 7-Day Desk Reset is a digital PDF kit: a 14-page illustrated guide, a printable quick reference and a tracker. It is not a physical book, app or subscription. The displayed base price is US$15, paid once.

Payment and delivery

Gumroad processes the purchase under its terms. Checkout may show a local currency and applicable tax; review the final total before paying. After successful payment, download the three PDFs through Gumroad. Start with the guide’s “Start here” page. Contact us if you cannot access the files.

7-day refund policy

Email milo.ai.media@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Include the email used at checkout or your order reference so we can find the purchase. Refunds are processed through Gumroad; the time to reach you depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Using the kit

You may download and print the kit for your own personal use. Please do not resell, redistribute or publicly upload the paid files. Contact us about use by a team or organisation.

Comfort and suitability

The guide provides general wellness information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Results vary and no particular relief or prevention outcome is guaranteed. Follow your movement limits, choose a comfortable alternative or skip. Stop for pain, tingling or dizziness; seek qualified advice for persistent symptoms or uncertainty about suitability.

Updates and your rights

We may update these website terms as the service changes. The purchase description and refund policy shown when you buy remain the reference for that order. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
